«Zar zaman» turaly shyndyqty әlemdik auditoriyagha bizdegi qay «ekspertter» aitqyzbay otyr?
Týrkiyada «Bilik» (Bilik) atty gumanitarlyq saladaghy bedeldi ghylymy jurnal bar. Ol reytingisi joghary, SCOPUS halyqaralyq bazasyna kiretin basylym. Onyng maqalalaryn tek Týrkiya emes, týrki әlemin zertteytin dýniyejýzilik ghylymy qauymdastyqtyng mamandary oqidy. Biyl «Bilik» jurnalynyng redaksiyasyna aghylshyn tilindegi «Solonial era in Kazakh historical consciousness (Religious poetry of "Zar zaman") atty (qazaqshagha audarghanda – «Qazaqtyng tarihy sanasyndaghy otarshyldyq zaman beynesi («Zar zaman» diny saryndaghy poeziyasy boyynsha)», 25 bettik kólemdi maqala (osy joldardyng avtory dayyndaghan) kelip týsip, qatang saraptamalardyng tórt birdey satysynan sýrinbey ótip, mәrege jetuge jaqyn túrdy. Búl shaghyn ghylymy zertteudi Týrkiya, basqa sheteldik týrkologiya ghalymdary joghary baghalap, syn pikir jazushylar (resenzentter) óz qorytyndylarynda ong bagha bergen-di.
Aghylshyntildi әlem oqyrmandaryna qazaq ruhany múrasynyng asa bir manyzdy әri kýrdeli qyryn janasha metodologiyamen taldaugha arnalghan, qala berdi qazaqtyng mún-múqtajyn joqtap, ar-namysyna ara týsetin osy maqala tónireginde «Bilik» jurnalynda tiyisti talqylau, saraptama bolyp ótti. Elektrondyq poshta arqyly jurnaldyng ghylymy qyzmetkerlerimen talay habarlasyp, ong pikir bildirip kelgen qoljazbalanyng eng sonyna kelgende kenetten keri qaytarylyp, «Redaksiyalyq alqa atynan qabyldanbady» degen qysqa jauap keldi.
«Ne sebepti?» degen súraqqa resmy jauap berilmedi. Al beyresmy әngime barysynda, yaghny maqalany jyly qabyldap, janashyrlyqpen jankýier bolyp jýrgen senimdi tanys týrik ghalymdardan súrastyryp bilgen kezde búl sheshimning shyn sebebi aiqyndaldy. Sóitse, «Zar zaman» turaly ghylymy maqalany halyqaralyq jurnal betine shygharu isine Týrkiya da, AQSh-ta, Resey de, Qytay da emes... ózimizding Qazaqstan jaghy kedergi jasapty! Redaksiyalyq alqagha kiretin nemese «ekspert» bop aragha kiyligip jýrgen týrkologiyagha jaqyn qazaqstandyq tanymal maman (mýmkin onyng ózi «jogharghy» jaqtan kenes aldy) odan qoljazba jayly bir auyz pikir súraghan kezde «joq!» dep ony toqtatyp tastapty. Halyqaralyq jurnal bolghan song qay elding avtorynan maqala kelip týsse –sol elding belgili mamandarynyng birine bir kórsetip aludy jón sanaytyn bolar...
Allanyng qúdyretimen shyndyq jartylay bolsa da ashyldy. Esh kinәsi joq týrik aghayyndarymyz qatty ókinip, úyalyp, osy jaytty әren, sybyrlap, jetkizdi. Oilaymyz, búl «Zar zaman» aqyndarynyng aruaghynan úyalyp qysylghandary bolar, oqyp tanysqan son.... Áriyne, qazaq-«ekspert» anonimdi týrde qala berdi, yaghny ol – H-myrza, onyng esimin etika, qúqyq erejelerine sәikes redaksiya atamady. Ayta ketu kerek, Týrkiya ghalymdarynyng eng jogharghy toby ghana aghylshyn tilin jetik mengergen, ol tilde erkin jazyp oqy alady. Al sol jurnalda isteytin sol elding bedeldi ghalym-týrkologynyng sózi mynaday: «Bizding tarapymyzdan bәri qoldady, biraq ózderining qazaghy jibermey qoydy».
O, toba! Bizding qazaqta osynday da opasyzdyq, jiyirkenishti kóre almaushylyq jәne últ-syz-dyq, namyssyzdyq bolady eken-au! Týrkiyanyng ózi, jat el sarapshysy jibermedi dese amal ne, búl ózge júrttyng bizding tarihty jete týsinbeui nemese ózderining akademiyalyq sayasatynyng belgili erekshelikterine baylanysty dey salar edik ghoy. Shetel mamandary «iyә» dep túrghanda óz qazaghymnyng qarakóz zalym-ghalymy úyalmay, shimirikpey, aruaqtan attap shynayy ghylymgha әri kiyeli taqyrypqa tosqauyl qoyghany jangha batady. Eriksiz Ahmet Baytúrsynovtyng bir sózi osyndayda eske týsedi: «Maghan auyr osylardyng bәrinen Óz auylymnyng itteri ýrip qapqany!».
IYә, búl qoljazba әste Qazaqstanda makulatura qoryn toltyryp jatqan ortanqoldy maqalalar tobynan emes, biregey sipattaghy zertteu bolyp tabylady. Ánsheyin maqtan, reyting, professor ataghyn alu ýshin nemese shetelmen jymyndap dos bolu ýshin jazyla salghan nәrse emes. Ony kez kelgen mazmúnymen tanysqan shynshyl ghalym moyyndary sózsiz. Týrikterdi jaghalap jýrgen janaghy jylpos qazaq «mamandar» ózderining tanystary men tuystary, qatyndary men ashynalary jazghan týkke túrmaytyn shimaylar, «referattaryn» tyqpalap jýrip, óitip-býitip jariyalaugha ótkizip beretinin de ghylymy orta kórip bilip otyr. Ghylymda dúrys maqalany jaman dep shegindirip tastap, al búrys maqalagha «promoushn» (ilgeriletu) jasau – ol kәduelgi ózimizding qazaqy dert – kýnshildik pen korrupsiyanyng kórinisi. Eger oilanyp, taqyrypqa qarasa edi, últtyq mәsele men shynayy ghylymgha kelgende jeke simpatiya-antipatiyalardy da, rushyldyq, proteksionizm, t.b. ústanymdardy syryp tastau kerek emes pe?!
Jalpy, bizding «tәuelsiz» ghalym-ekspertterimizding kóbining aqsha men tamyr-tanystyqqa kýshti tәueldiligi búrynnan belgili. Mysaly, QR BjGhM qarjylandyratyn ghylymy jobalardyn adal, nәtiyjeli oryndalghandaryna otandyq beymәlim «ekspertter» esh sebepsiz tómen bagha (ball, úpay) qoyyp tastap, kerisinshe, «haltura»-jobalardy sybaylas jemqorlyq ýlgisi boyynsha «aman alyp shygharynyn» bәri biledi. Endi sol «ekspertter», sonyng ishinde týrkolog-«bilgishter» ózderining aram úzyn qoldaryn shet elge de sozypty degen sóz. Ásirese Týrkiyanyng basyn ainaldyryp alu olargha op-onay nәrse, әriyne.
Al eng bastysy, aidan anyq aqiqat mynau: eng aldymen búl bolghan jayt – bizdegi shendiler psihologiyasyna tәn iydeologiyalyq astary bar qúldyq, qorqaqtyq әreket. Orys klassiygining keyipkeri boyynsha, «kak by chego ne vyshlo». Yaghny «Zar-zaman», «otarshyldyq dәuirding obrazy» turaly, «músylmandyq eshatologiya men din-Islam» mәselelerin qazaq tarapynan әlemge tis jaryp aitqyzbau. Iya, tipti taza ghylymy jolmen de. Búl da әdeyi, qasaqana qazaqtyng últtyq mәselelerge qatysty auzyn ashqyzbau sayasatynyng bir ghana kishkentay aiqyn kórinisi.
Ayta keteyik, «Bilik» jurnaly, basqa da halyqaralyq dengeyde moyyndalghan ghylymy basylymdar siyaqty, maqalalardy (týrik jәne aghylshyn tilderinde) qabyldau ýshin birshama qatang talaptar qoyady. Múnda tapsyrylghan qoljazba birneshe satydan túratyn tәuelsiz halyqaralyq saraptamalardan ótip, onyng sapasy, ghylymy janalyghy men bireygeyligi, taqyryptyng ózektiligi, tildik dengeyi múqiyat tekserilip baghalanatytyn sol siyaqty tehnikalyq jaghynan da mәtin belgili standartqa say boluy kerektigin jogharyda aittyq.
«Solonial era in Kazakh historical consciousness (Religious poetry of "Zar zaman") atty maqalanyng aghylshyn tiline audaru dengeyining ózi minsiz, sebebi ony ana tili – aghylshyn (yaghny native speaker) әri qazaq jәne orys tilin erkin mengergen amerikandyq tarihshy, PhD (ghylym doktory) audaryp bergen bolatyn. Maqalanyng teoriyalyq tújyrymdamasy jәne ghylymy janalyghyna kelsek, birinshiden, búl taza ghylymi, akademiyalyq túrghydan oryndalghan dýniye. Onda shyndap kelgende bir tamshy sayasat, iydeologiya, soqyr din nemese populizm joq. Tek tarihi, ghylymy shyndyq, siltemeler, aqyndardyng óz sózderin keltiru. Ekinshiden, zertteuding qúndylyghy, ghylymy janalyghy nede dep súraghan synshy bolsa úyalmay aitarymyz mynau: 1) Shortanbay, Múrat, Dulat, Ábubәkirlerdi búryn-sondy aghylshyn tilinde kim «sóiletipti»? Jaraydy, ol bylay túrsyn, 2) Zar zaman poeziyasyndaghy diny saryndar, islamy kózqarasty, músylmandyq dýniyetanymdy terenirek taldau bizde joqtyng qasy. Sóite túra, úsynylghan maqalada Patshalyqtyng osy kelensiz obrazy tek balamalyq obraz dep eskertilip; basqa bir top, resmy qazaq elitasy, aghartushylar toby óz sanasynda «ózge», dialektikalyq túrghyda oilanyp pishilgen, realistik Resey obrazyn qalyptastyryp ornyqtyrdy degen bayypty tezis de negizdeledi. Endeshe ghylym men әuesqoylyq arasyn ajyrata almay, sayasattyng iyisi joq jerde mәseleni jasandy sayasilandyryp, óz kólenkesinen ózi qorqyqqany nesi әlgi bizding «iydeolog»-týrkitanushylar? Maqalada rusosentrizm de, rusofobiya da, islamizm de atymen joq. Al bizding sayasy saq sarapshy-ghalymdar, sheneunikter qazir joq jerde islam qaupi nemese últshyldyq degenderdi kórip túrady! Sayasy baysaldylyqty, toleranttylyq pen taza akademizmdi basshylyqqa alyp, ótkenimizding ózektiligi kýmәnsiz, irgeli mәselelerin kóterip zertteu – tarihshylardyng paryzy. Sondyqtan, jurnalgha «Zar-zaman» taqyryby tandalyp, baghaly da jana zertteu dýniyege keldi. Ásirese bizdi tikeley estimey, orystildiler arqyly janama aqparat alyp, keyde shatasyp jýretin aghylshyntildi mamandar men ghylymiy-kópshilik auditoriyasyna últtyq tarih pen tól mәdeniyetke, sol siyaqty qazirgi tarihy tandauymyz ben sanamyzgha qatysty babalar múrasyn jetkizu – Allagha jaghatyn qayyrly isterden emes pe?!
«Bilik» jurnaly redaksiyasymen әli de hat almasyp, ótinish jasap, ýmit ýzbey otyrmyz. P.S. Armyan Revolusiyasy bәrimizdi oilandyru kerek, odan sabaq alugha tiyistimiz. Jalpy, «Otanym, halqym, Elbasym» dep jýrgen beytarap, enbekqor, qatardaghy adal ghalymdardy «búgha berse súgha beredi» eken dep sayasy sheneunikter, ghylym men bilim salasynyng sheneunikteri óreskel qylyqtarymen, sol siyaqty joghary oqu oryndarynda ýdep bara jatqan qorlau men qanau sayasaty arqyly týbi sayasy Oppozisiyagha iytermelemeu kerek. Oppozisiya aspannan týspeydi. Ol әleumettik әdiletsizdikten tuyndaydy, sodan nәr alady. Bizge, әriyne, sayasy revolusiya kerek emes – eger territoriyalyq, geosayasi, basqa da erekshelikterimizdi dúrystap oilap eskersek. «Zar zaman» aqyndarynyng aruaghynan qoryqpaytyn biraq kólenkesinen qorqatyn, aty-jóni jasyryn beymәlim bolsa da, Alla men aruaqqa kim ekeni jaqsy belgili әlgi H-týrkolog, oghan aqyl berip otyratyn basqa da Qazaqstannyng sheneunikteri men iydeologtary kýnderding kýni bolghanda ayaghy aspannan kelmeytinine senimdi me eken? «Dýnie kezek» degen qazaq. Ylghy osylay zalymdyghyn, qulyghyn asyryp, iship-jep, ashyq-jasyryn әdilettilikti taptap, adal adamdardyng ayaghyn shalyp mәngi jýre bermes olar... Dandaysyp, óz últynyng ar-namysyna, ata dinimizge qarsylyq jasaugha әbden daghdylanyp alghan bizdegi iydeologiyanyng «Sargsyandary» bir kýni sýmireyip «Ya byl ne prav, Pashinyan byl prav» demeuine kim kepil?
