Qoja A.Yassauy dalalyq islam jasap shyqty, sopylyq mәlimin óristetti. Ol da islamnyng ainuy deydi. Sýnnizm men shiizm biylikke talasu negizinde qalyptasty. Qúrangha negizdeludi Rasul Ózi bastaghan, sol ýshin biz jana aghym emespiz.

“Qúranmen ghana jýremiz” degen sózde ne mәn bar?

 

 

Maqalany bastan-ayaq zer sala oqyp shyqtym da oigha qaldym: búl ne, qalay bolghany? Eger Aslbek sekildiler molynan shygha berse, әrkim ózine únaghan ayatqa taban tirep  “myna ayat bylay degen, maghan osy únaydy” degendi kóbeyte berse, ne bolmaq? Ári-beriden song «әi» der әje, «qoy» jer qoja bolmaghan song “qúdaymyn” degen de esersoqtar shyqty ghoy. Endi biz әngimeni ayattyng ózine jýgine otyryp damytayyq.
“Haj” suresining 3-ayatynda bylay deydi: “Key adamdar Allah turaly bilimsizdikpen talas shygharyp, qasarysqan shaytangha ilesedi”. Osy sýre: 8-ayatta: “Key adamdar bilimsiz, jolbasshysyz jәne anyq bir kitapsyz Allah turaly talasady”. “Lúqman” suresining 20-ayatynda “Haj” suresining 8-ayatyndaghy maghyna qaytalanady. “Ghofiyr” suresining 35-ayatynda bylaysha týiindeydi: “Te, kotorye prepiraitsya o znameniyah Allaha bez vlasti, dannoy iym, - velika k etomu nenavisti u Allaha y u teh, kotorye uverovaliy!” Osy jerde “bez vlasti” tirkesine tәpsirshiler “ne iymeya nikakih dokazatelistv” dep maghyna bergen.
Músylman ghúlamalary Qúran Kәrimning ayattaryn týsinu ýshin alghashqy shart – arab tilin iygerudi úsynady. “Arab tili” degen sózding astynda kókiregi oyau kisi oilanarlyq sharua jetkilikti, óitkeni 200 mln. arab bar, solardyng bәri “men arabpyn, men Qúrandy jaqsy týsinemin” dep jatqan joq, olar óz shamalaryn jaqsy bilip, Qúrangha jaqyndamaydy. Eger olar solay etse, bizge ne joryq? Yaghni, Qúran Kәrim kim bolsa sol ermekke ainaldyratyn kitap emes, reformasiya ýshin әli kóp nәrse kerek. 4. Tәpsirdi sýnnәtten izdeu, óitkeni sýnnәt Qúran ayattaryn keninen, jan-jaqty týsindiretin sharhy. Payghambarymyz: Maghan Qúran berildi jәne oghan qosa sol mólsherde basqa da nәrseler berildi, deydi. Ony biz sýnnәt, ne hadis dep týsindiremiz, óitkeni Ol kisiden basqa eshnәrse qalghan joq;
5. Eger tәpsirdi sýnnәtten tappasa, onda sahabalardyng sózderine jýginu kerek, óitkeni ol kisiler ayattardyng ne oqighagha baylanysty týskenin jәne ol ne maghynada ekendigin jaqsy biletin tiri kuәgerler. Olar tolyq týsinetin de, dúrys amal qylghan, ústanghan da әziz jandar boldy;
6. Kóptegen imamdar tәpsir osy jogharghy joldardan tabylmaghan kýnde tabi‘inderding sózderin basshylyqqa alghan, paydalanghan. Mysaly, Mujahid ibn Jýbәir, Sa‘id ibn Jýbәir, Ibn Abbastyng azat etken qúly ‘Ikrima, Ato ibn Áby Robah, Hasan Basry jәne basqa tabi‘inderding sózderin kәdege jaratqan. Óitkeni búl kisiler sahabalardyng auyzdarynan tәpsir ýirengen, ony jat alghan jәne keyingi ýmmәtting Qúran ayattaryn týsinu jaghdaylaryna iygi yqpal jasap ketken;
7. Arab tili jәne tilge baylanysty barlyq pәnderden jete habardar bolu, óitkeni onsyz eshqashan maghyna dúrys bolmaydy jәne jobalap soqqan tәnirlik kitaptan eshqashan kýdik arylmaydy, al bizge naqtylyq kerek;
8. Qúrangha baylanysy bar ghylymdardyng bәrinen, sol ghylymdardyng negizi – taghany bolyp tabylatyn fundamenttik ilimderden habardar boluy;
9. Nәzik te útqyr zeyin, osy arqyly mýfәssir (tәpsirshi) bir maghynadan ekinshi birin salystyrmaly týrde aiyra biletin bolady.
Búl aitylghandar ghylymy túrghydan, al mýfәssirding jeke basyna 11 әdeptik talap qoyylady. Eger osy aitylghandardy inabatqa almaytyn bolsa, hristian dýniyesining Injildi san saqqa jýgirtip, bir kitapty әldeneshe núsqa etip jýrgeni sekildi jәitter Qúran Kәrimning de basyna keletini sózsiz.
Allah ta‘ala “Nahl” suresining 44-ayatynda bylay deydi:
“Múghjyzalarmen, kitaptarmen payghambarlar jiberdik. Saghan da adamdar ýshin týsirilgendi ashyq bayan etersing dep Qúrandy týsirdik”. Ayat bizding Rasulimizding qyzmetin naqty aityp túr, ol - “adamdargha týsirilgendi ashyq bayan etu” eken. Yaghni, arabtargha – músylman sahabalargha ayattardyng mәn-maghynasyn ashyp beru. Olay bolmasa, әrkim ózinshe Qúran Kәrimdi “men týsinemin, maghan eshqanday qosymsha aitudyng qajeti joq” deytin bolsa, Haq ta‘alanyng elshisine júrttyng múqtajdyghy da qalmaydy.
“Nisa” suresining 13, 69 jәne 80-ayattarynda maghyna bylay órbiydi:
“Kim Allahqa jәne Rasuline baghynsa, astynan ózender aghyp jatqan jәnnәttargha endiredi. Kim Allahqa jәne Rasuline baghynsa, olar Allah jarylqaghan bәndelermen birge bolady. Kim Rasuline baghynsa, ol Allahqa baghynghany”.
“Núr” suresining 52-ayatynda “Kim Allahqa jәne Rasuline baghynsa, Allahtan qoryqsa jәne taqualyq qylsa, olar jeniskerler”, al “Ahzab”  suresining 71-ayatynda “Kim Allahqa jәne Rasuline baghynsa, ol óte ýlken útyqqa qol jetkizdi”, “Nisa” suresining 13-ayatyn “Fath” suresining 17-ayaty qaytalaydy. Ayattardyng qorytyndy maghynasy: Payghambaryna baghynbay Haq IYege baghynghan eseptelmeydi. Al Payghambary aitpasa, búiyrmasa, onyng sózi, ne hadisteri esepke alynbasa, qalay baghynghan bolmaq? Sahabalar músylman ýmmәtining arasynda sol kezde bolghan oqighalardyng tiri kuәgerleri, óz kózderi kórgen jәitterdi songhylargha jetkizgen. Songhy músylmandar basshylyqqa alatyn osy riuayattar Musinning pikiri boyynsha ersi kórinip, júrtshylyqty shatastyryp jatqan sekildi.
“Nisa” suresining 59-ayatynda “Ey iman keltirgen bәndeler, Allahqa baghynyndar jәne Rasuline baghynyndar hәm ózderinnen shyqqan júmys basyndaghy jetekshilerine baghynyndar”, deydi. “Ánfәl” suresining 20-ayatynda “Allahqa jәne Rasuline baghynyndar, onyng sózin tyndap túryp, odan búrylyp ketpender” degen. “Hashr” suresining 7-ayatynda “Rasuliniz neni berse, ony qabyldanyz, neden qaytarghan bolsa, odan tyiylynyz”, dep búiyrady. Payghambarymyz tiri kezinde búiyrghan, ózi bolmasa da әmiri, sýnnәtteri, búiryqtary saqtalghan. “Uәn-najm” suresining bas jaghynda “Qúlaghan júldyzben ant etemin. Sizderding dostarynyz adasqan joq, qatelesken de joq. Ol auzyna kelgenin sóilemeydi. Onyng aitqandary uahiy”, dep týiindeydi. Eger ayatta aityp túrghany, Qúrandaghy jetkilikti, Ol kisi de osy sózderdi aityp túrghan bolsa, onda ony qaytalaudyng ne qisyny bar? “Ol auzyna kelgenin sóilemeydi” degendegi maqsat hadisteri emes pe?
Aslbekting “musulimanskie jresy” umudrilisi v korotkiy srok sozdati sobstvennuy religii, osnovannui na pochitaniy ne edinogo Boga, a seloy bojestvennoy korporasii, kuda voshli: Allah, prorok Muhammed, spodvijniky proroka, spodvijniky spodvijnikov proroka, rannie liydery religioznyh sekt, pozdnie liydery religioznyh sekt, rannie religioznye uchenye, pozdnie religioznye uchenye. Rezulitatom vseh etih deystviy “musulimanskie jresov” staly hadisy y sunna, beschislennye slova y deystviya, pripisyvaemye imy proroku Muhammedu” deui islam sharighaty boyynsha onyng eshqanday bazalyq bilimi joq ekendigin әigilep-aq túr.
Jogharydaghy ayattarda Rasulimizge baghynugha mindetti ekendigimiz taygha tanba basqanday anyq kórsetilgen, oghan eshkim kýmәndanbasa kerek. “Auzyna kelgenin sóilemese”, “aytqandary uahi” bolsa, ony qabyldamaghan kisining imany qalay bolmaqshy? “Rasuliniz neni berse, ony qabyldanyz” degenge de qosymsha týsinik kerek pe? Onyng ornyna “Men ayatta aittym, búiyrdym, al sender soghan toqtandar, basshylyqqa alyndar” demey me?

Al Aslbek aitqanday ayatpen shektelip kóreyikshi, Qúran namaz paryz dep, ony oqugha búiyrady, onyng neshe ret ekeni, neshe mezgildigi, onyng naqty uaqyttary kórsetilgen be? Namazdyng qimyldaryn hadis pen sýnnәt bolmasa nemen naqtylaymyz, ony qalay oqimyz? Zeket paryz, al ony 40 qoydan birin ber, ne bolmasa qara maldyng 30-dan bir búzauyn ber dep kórsetken ayat bar ma? Oraza ústau paryz, onyng kýnderi, aidyng tuuy qalay anyqtalady?
Qúran ayattary eshqashan hadis bolmasa týitkili sheshilmey, týiini týiin kýiinde qala beretini Asekendey “janashyldyn” qiyalynda da joq qoy. Qúran Kәrimde islam dininen búrynghy arab halyqtarynyng dәstýrleri sóz bolyp, keyde ony da týsinuge mәjbýr bolamyz. Tipti ayattardyng ishinde keybir sózder arab tilining sózdik qorynda joq, ony nemen audaramyz? Osynyng bәri de tek hadis pen sýnnәtting arqasynda týsinikti, úghynyqty bolady. Asylbek tipti de toqtala qoyghysy joq, oghan búl da azdyq etedi, óitkeni ol “sunnu ya ne schitai otkroveniyem Boga y ne gotov ee vosprinimati  v kachestve istochnika religiiy”  deydi. “Auzyna kelgenin sóilemeydi” dep kuәlik bergen Allah jalghanshy ma sonda? Oghan qosa “Rasuliniz neni berse, ony qabyldanyz” dep múqiyattap ta qoydy emes pe? “Nahl” suresining 8-ayatynda “Jylqy, qashyr jәne esekti minulering әri zeynet ýshin jaratty. Taghy sender bilmeytin nәrselerdi jaratady” dep ayat kelgende, sahabalar ayatty oqyp, onyng maghynasyna pikir jiberip, “bilmeytin nәrselerdi jaratady” degen jerine týsine almay, endi ony naqtyraq úghyp alugha әreket jasady. Payghambarymyzdyng qúzyrynda “Allah biz bilmeytin taghy ne jaratady?” degen әngime kóterdi. Sonda bizge riuayattardan mәlim bolghanday, Payghambarymyz “sender týie minbeytin bolasyndar” dep jauap bergen. Qazir bәdәuiyler ne minip jýrgenin kórmesek te týsinikti shyghar.
Payghambarymyzdyng sahabalarynyng qadir-qúrmetine jetpesek, bizderdi osy kýnge deyin músylman ýmmәti qataryna qosyp, bauyrlasyp kelgen, ózge islam әleminen qol ýzip qalmaymyz ba? Eger biz ýshin sahabalarynyng qadir-qúrmeti týkke alghysyz is bolsa, óz ata-babalarymyz kim bolghany, kim bolmaq? Au biz aspannan týsken joqpyz ghoy, adamzattyng úrpaghymyz ghoy. Músylmandar shýbә keltirmey qabyldanghan hadisterdi iske alghysyz etip otyrghan Aslbek syndy “janasha oilaytyndar” endi kimdi syilar, kimge qúlaq asar eken? Biz ýshin eng qaterli nәrse – imandy saqtau jolyn bilmeu, óitkeni imanyna jete mәn bermey, oghan shang juytpay ústamay biz kógermeymiz. Hazireti Omar r.a. óz balalarynan biri sahabalardan birine tili tiygende “tilin kesemin!” dep ant ishti. Al Aslbek bauyrymyz hadis pen sýnnәtti inabatqa almaumen olardy bizge jetkizgen myndaghan әzizderimizdi ayaq asty etpek! Búl endi qas nadannyn, tipti týk úqpaytyn topastyng isi demeske shara joq.
Qúran Kәrimdi qaghazgha týsirgende sahabalar ayattardyng kýdiksiz boluyn jәne oghan ózge sózderding qosylyp ketpeuin qadaghalay otyryp, әrbir ayattyng jazba týrde tabys etiluin talap etti, ony Payghambarymyzdyng kezinde jazyp alghan bolsyn jәne eki adamnyng kuәligimen tapsyrsyn dep talap qoydy. Sonda “Tәube” suresining ayaq jaghyndaghy eki ayatty júrt auyzeki oqyp jýrgen, biraq jazba núsqasy tabylmady. Ony tapty, biraq kuә ekeuge tolmady. Ábu Huzayma Ansoriyding aldynan osy ayatty tauyp, kuәliksiz qabyldady. Nege? Óitkeni Payghambarymyz “bir kýn bolady, sening kuәliging eki kisining ornyna jýredi” degen sózi bar eken. Sony negizge alyp, sahabalar ony qabyldady, surening ayaq jaghyna qosty.
Payghambarymyz “menen keyin halifalyq 30 jyl, odan keyin atadan balagha qalatyn  mýlik bolady” degen, aitqanday, ol kisiden keyin Hazireti Ály sheyit bolumen halifalyq toqtady. Ol kisi sheyit bolghan 41 hijra jyly men Payghambarymyz qaytys bolghan 11-hijranyng bas jaghynyng aiyrmasyn shygharsaq, óz-ózinen 30 jyl qúralady. Payghambarymyz “sahabalarymnyng әr biri bir júldyz syqyldy, qaysysyn ústasanyz jol tabasyz” degen. Eger shyndap qarasaq, әr júldyzdyng qyblanama ekendigine esh kýmәn joq qoy. Al Asylbek Payghambarymyz osylay dep aitypty dep inabatqa alu túrmaq, men oghan senbeymin deuge de tartynbaydy, batyr-aq! Payghambarymyzdyng әrbir hadiysin jetkizude sahabalar qanshalyq ter tókkendigin bilse, ol búlay aitpas edi, amal ne!? Ol týgili, almandyq shyghystanushy D. Esperanker 19-ghasyrdyng ortalarynda bylay dep jazady:
“Ótken halyqtarda bolmaghan, onday halyqtardyng barlyghy qazir de bayqalmaydy, “Asma-u rijal” (kisilerding attary) atalatyn ghylymda islam halqy 500 myng ghúlamasynyng ómir tarihyn jan-jaqty zerttep qaghazgha betine týsirgendey júmysty eshkim istey alghan joq”.

Abdulla ibn Mubarәk “eger isnad ilimi bolmasa, kim ne qalasa sony aita berer edi” degen sózin beker aitqan emes. Osynda “isnad” ilimi “hadisti aitqan kisi, onyng qay jyly qaytys bolghany, onyng jeke basy qanday adam bolghandyghy turaly tolyq mәlimet” retinde týsindiriledi.
Hazireti Ály r.a. zamanynda hauarij degender shyqty, býkil músylman dýniyesin qangha boyady. Olardy betterinen qaytaru, olardyng qatelesip jýrgen qylyqtary orynsyz ekendigin týsindiru ýshin Payghambarymyzgha nemere tuys Abdulla ibn Abbasty júmsady. Sonda Hazireti Ály r.a. oghan: “Sen olarmen Qúranmen sóilespe, ayat qalay búrsa solay ketedi, olardy hadispen ústa. Tek sonda ghana olardy jipsiz baylaysyn”, degen tapsyrmasy boldy. Qúran ayaty hauarijdermen daulasugha, daudy jerine jetkizip sheshuge jaramasa, biz qalay isteymiz? Hauarijderde bilim bar, bizding әumeserlerde sol bilimning joqtyghy problema – shataq shygharyp otyr emes pe? Onyng ornyna bizding búl bauyrymyz “...v to vremya kak sunnu y hadisy pravilinee budet izuchati lishi v kachestve religioznoy liyteratury. Sebebi, ómirding qúbylystary sheksiz, ony shekteuli ghana (ayattar bolsa da, hadister de biraz bettik kitaptardyng ishinde, yaghny shekteuli) nәrselermen tolyq qamty alamyz ba. Imam Ábu Hanifa bylay mәsele kóteredi: “Qazanda et qaynap jatyr delik (ol әriyne dalada, kóshpendi júrt ystyq kýnde ýige qazan kótermeydi ghoy). Jazatayym, qazangha bir qús týsip ketti, qazanda et qaynap jatqan. Sol et endi halal ma, haram ba? Imam halal deseniz de, haram deseniz de dúrys emes deydi. Nege, óitkeni ol dәlelsiz qúrghaq sóz. Imam aitady: etti istikke shanshyp alyp qaranyz, et shiyki me, pisken be. Eger shiyki bolsa et haram, al pisken bolsa halal, óitkeni pisken et sudy ózine tartpaydy, ony sormaydy, al shiyki et sorady”. Osy sekildi kóptegen mәselelerdi imam aqyl tezimen-aq sheship tastaghan. Ol kisi 83 myng mәseleni tirketip, onyng jauaptaryn jәne ony qay jaqtan alghandyghyn tolyq qaghazgha týsirtti. Sonday-aq, kóptegen dau tudyrushy mәselelerdi bayaghyda-aq sheship, onyng sheshimin jariyalap qoyghan. Yaghni, mazhab degenimiz – dayyn túrghan ómirlik baghdarlama, san ghasyr tarih tezinen ótken. Osyny úqpaytyndargha ne aitugha bolady.
“Qúranshylargha” bylay súraq bersek: qazaqta búryn qalynmal bolghan, yaghni, qyzdaryn malgha satqan. Sharighatta malgha satylghandar qúldyng ýkiminde bolady, odan tughan bala da qúl. Olay bolsa, oghan úiyp (qúlgha úiyp, sonynda túryp) namaz oqu mәkruh (jaqsy emes). Namaz qalay oqylady, músylmannyng ózgelerine (qazaq emesterge) habarlasyp, “bizge imam tauyp berinder, bizding jamaghatpen oqyghan namazymyz dúrys emes eken” deymiz be? Ne aitar edi? IYә, dәnene aita almaydy. Al bizding aqylmandarymyz “barghan jeri qyzdy úryp-soqsa, elindegi tuystary izdey me?” dep súraq qoyady. Kimder ózining sýiegin dalagha tastapty, izdeydi ghoy. IYә, izdeydi, deymiz. Sonda olar: “namazdaryndy alang bolmay oqy berinder, qúldy eshkim izdemeydi” dep jauap beredi.

“Sýnnizm men shiizm biylikke talasu negizinde qalyptasty” degen pikir de asa sәtti shyqpaydy, búl jerde “biylikke talasu” sýnniylerden shyqty deu tarihty bilmegendik. Payghambarymyzdyng nemere tuysy Abdulla ibn Abbas r.a-dyng qúzyryna bir kisi kelip: “Sharighattyng ýkimderi kóbeyip ketti, keybir kisiler imanyng bolsa kýnәning ziyany joq deydi, endi biri iman joqta istelgen eshbir amalyng qabyl emes”, desedi. Bizge belgili bir jýie, onay jol qajet-au, degen súraq berdi. Yaghni, sahabalardyng túsynda júrt sharighattyng qyr-syryna jete týsinbey, bastary qatty degen sóz. Qúranmen jýretinderge myna súraq ta súranyp túr: “Alda túrghan imamgha kónili tolmasa, onyng arqasynda túryp qalay namaz oqidy?” Nemese “imamnyng keybir qylyqtaryn biledi, onyng asa sharghy biligi joq, qatesi kóp. Oghan sonysyn bilgen namazhan úiy ma, joq pa?” Meninshe, búghan da olar jauap bere almaydy.
Payghambarymyz “menen keyin senderding namazdaryndy mezgilimen oqy qoymaytyn, týrli-týrli qylyqtary bolatyn basshylar keledi” dep eskertipti. Sonda sahabalar: “iya Rasulallah, onda biz namazdarymyzdy ýide oqyp, meshitke kelmey-aq qoysaq qaytedi?” desken. Ol kisi: “joq, sender meshitke kelinder” dep jauap beripti. Payghambarymyz múnafiyqtardy (ol kezde músylmandardyng arasynda olar aralasyp jýrdi) óltirtkizbedi. Nege? Búghan biz әl-hәmdu liylәh aitugha tiyispiz, óitkeni Ol kisi olardy óltirse, yaghni, olardyng músylmandyqtaryna senbese, osyny arqalanghan bizder - qazirgi músylmander ne ister edik? “Músylman emessin” dep bir-birin qyrmas pa edi? Sol kezde oghan sahabalardan birqatar kisi úiyp namaz oqyghan. Eger olar úiymasa, taghy da qantógis bolar edi, taghy da jazyqsyz qúrbandar molayar edi. Payghambarymyz sahabalaryna “meshitke kelinder” dedi, yaghni, namazdy sayasatqa qúrban qylghan joq. Imam әlgindey jauyz bolsa (Allah Ózi saqtasyn, qazir bizding imamdardan eshkim de Hajjaj sekildi qylmysqa barghan joq), oghan úiyghan qauymnyng namazyn ne dep úghugha bolar edi? Taghy da Allah jarylqap, tarihta dәlelimiz bar eken, esh kýdiktenbey namazdarymyzdy oqyp jýrmiz, óitkeni Payghambarymyz qanday jaghdayda bolghan kýnde de meshitke keluge shaqyrghan. Biz ýshin ózge dәiekting qajeti shamaly.
Toqsan auyz sózding tobyqtay týiini: Aslbek, bauyrym, aspa, ekpindeme, sýnnәtpen oinama, Qúran kez kelgen kók atty ózinshe týsinetin dýniyelik emes, al sening “Izgi amal” atalatyn óz teng qúrbylarynmen jasap jatqan júmysyng ýmittendiredi. Qajet bolsa, ruhany jaghynan qol úshyn sozu da senderge kóptik etpes. Tek saghan, «esly ne znaeshi arabskogo (po moemu nabludenii Aslbek ne zanet arabskogo yazyka), to po etomu delu nado byti ostorojnym», deymin.
