Sheyh Ábsattar qajy DERBISÁLI. Qazaq ruhaniyatyndaghy kerderiyler

 

 

Ontýstik Qazaqstan men Syr boyyn¬daghy belgili dini, ruhani, ghylymy ortalyq¬tardan basqa, kezinde Horezm ólkesine qa¬raghan qazaqtyng Kerder qalasy jәne tay¬pa¬synan (ruynan) da talay ghúlamalar shyqqan.
Horezmge islam VIII ghasyr basynda kel¬di, birte-birte oghan jergilikti halyq ókil¬deri ýlken ýles qosty. Eldi horezmshahtar biyledi. Múnda olardyng ýsh әuleti saltanat qúrdy. Birinshisining negizin ataqty Mahmud Ghaznauy (970-1030), qalasa, olardyng biyligin ary qaray Altynshash (1017-1043) jal¬ghastyrdy. Búlardyng tarihtaghy eng belgilisi Anushtegin Gýrshah әuleti (1077-1220) edi. Horezm H-HIII ghasyrlarda barynsha da¬mydy. Matematiyk, astronom jәne geograf Múhammed әl-Horezmi, (783-850) Ábu Rayhan әl-Biruny (973-1048), Ábu Ály Ibn Sina (980-1037) әlem maqtanyshyna ainaldy.
Ólkedegi Ýrgenish, Kóne Ýrgenish, Hiua sekildi t.b. qalalarda meshitter men medreseler, keruen saraylar, óner men mәdeniyet ordalary ómir sýrdi. Ghylymnyng san-salasyna arnalghan traktattar dýniyege keldi. Arab tili men әdebiyetin, din ghylymyn sóz etetin, Horezm maqtanyshy atalghan Ábu-l Qasym az-Zamahshary (1075-1144) de Horezmde kýn keshti. Ataqty astronom, matematik Múhammed Musa әl-Horezmy Hiuada túryp, sonyra Baghdadqa ilim izdep ketti. Ol algebranyng atasy ataldy. Onyng enbekteri HII ghasyrdan bastap latyn tiline audaryluyna baylanysty, esimi men shygharmalary Europa júrtyna keng tarady.
Horezm ualayatyndaghy Kerder shahary men onyng manyndaghy Baratakin sekildi ýlkendi-kishili kentter men qamal, qorghandar jәne olardan shyqqan ghalymdar jayly әl-Múqaddasi, Ibn әl-Asiyr, Ibn әl-Jauzi, at-Tabari, Yaqút әl-Hamaui, әl-Idrisi, an-Nuayri, as-Suyuty enbek¬terinde az bolsa da derekter úshyrasady. Búdan shyghatyn qorytyndy qazaqtyng osy kýngi Kerder ruyna jatatyn úlandarynyng arghy ata-babalarynyng da Horezm mәdeniyetinde ózindik orny bar.
Kerder men kerderiyler turaly arab tildi búlaq kózderi ne aitady degen mәsele boyynsha qolda bar derekterge toqtala keteyik.
Ál-Múqaddasy әl-Bashshariyding (H gh.) “Ahsan at-taqasim fy maghrifatiy-l aqaliym” – “Aymaqtardy tanudaghy tamasha bóluler” atty enbeginde Kerder kóp aitylady. Ol Kerderdi ózen dep te kórsetedi. “Kerder tórt farsah jerdegi qasaba (kent, qamal) men ózara jaqyn jatqan mekennen bastalyp bir ózendi qúraydy” dese, Madj ad-Din Muhammed Firuzabady (1329-1414) “Ál-Qamus әl-múhitta” “Shams әl-aimma” әl-Kerderiyding aty-jónindegi Baratekin (Baratakiyn) degen jer atauyn “búl sóz adjamdargha (arab emes halyqqa) qatysty. Ol Kerderding ortalyghy”, – deydi.
Al az-Zahaby (1274-1348) “Syaru-l aghlamu an-nubala” – “Taqua adamdar ómirbayanynda” – “Baratakin Kerderge baghynyshty. Kerder Horezm ólkesindegi ýlken aimaq” dep kórsetken.
Endi kerderlik asyl babalardyng birnesheui turaly maghlúmattargha ýnileyik.
1. Ábu-l Mafahir Tadj ad-Din Abd әl-Ghafur (Abd әl-Ghaffar) bin Luqman bin Muhammed әl-Kerdery (1116-1167) Horezmning dәuirlep túrghan kezinde ómir sýrgen.
Stambúl qoljazbasynda Kerder úlany Abd әl-Qadir bin Lúqman әl-Kerdery dep kórsetilgen. Biraq ózge de búlaq kózderi boyynsha onyng tolyq aty-jónining Ábu-l Mafahir Tadj ad-Din Abd әl-Ghafur (Abd әl-Ghaffar) bin Abd әl-Qadir bin Lúqman bin Múhammed әl-Hanafy әl-Kerdery ekenin anyqtadyq. Biraq ol halyq arasynda “Shams әl-aimma ” – “Imamdar shamshyraghy” degen lauazymmen tanylghan.
Ábu-l Mafahir әl-Kerdery fiyqh (músylman zany, yaghny sharighat) salasy boyynsha mәshhýr hanafit ghalymy Ábu-l-Fazl Abd ar-Rahman Muhammad әl-Kirmaniyden (1065-1149) dәris alghan jәne Nur ad-Din Mahmud bin Zanky zamanynda (HII gh.) qazirgi Siriyanyng Halab qalasynyng qazysy bolghan.
Onyng fiyqh negizderi boyynsha týzilgen “Sharh “әl-jamigh әs-saghiyr” ua “jamigh әl-kabiyr” – “Kishi jәne Ýlken jinaqqa týsin¬dirme”, “Sharh az-Ziyadat” – “Qosym¬shagha týsindirme”, yaghny belgili hanafit ghalym Ábu-l Abdalla Muhammed bin әl-Hasan bin Farqad ash-Shaybaniyding (749-805) atalmysh “Kishi jәne Ýlken jinaq¬taryna” jәne “Qosymshasyna týsindir¬mesine” jazylghan “sharhtarmen” qatar, “Hayaratu-l fuqaha” – “Tanqalarlyq faqiyhter” degen kitaptary bar. Olarda shariy¬ghat salasy boyynsha ghalymdar sheshimder tabugha qinalatyn kóptegen asa manyzdy mәseleler qamtylghan. Ústazy Kirmaniyding “Tajriyd” – “Abstraktyly” atty shygharmasyna ol “әl-Mufid ua-l maziyd” – “Paydaly jәne qosymsha” atty týsindirme jazghan.
“Sharafu-l qudat” (Qazylar danqy) dep te atalghan Abd әl-Ghafur Kerdery shy¬gharmalarynyng kópshiligi fiyqh (mú¬sylman zany) mәselelerine arnalghan dedik. Búl kitaptarda ol aldymen mәselening negizi jayynda sóz etip, sosyn odan tuyndaytyn jaytterdi taldaydy.
Ýndistandyq hanafy ghalymy әl-Faqih Múhammed Abd әl-Hayy әl-Laknauy әl-Hindy “Onyng taghy da “Auam” (?) halqy tilimen jazghan “Bayan әlfaz tajri” atty kitaby bar” dep jazsa, Qasym bin Qutlubúgha (1399-1474) “Tadj at-tarajimde” – “Ómirbayandar tәjinde” ony “óte taqua, qúdayshyl adam bolghan” dep eske alady.
Orta ghasyrlyq tarihshy Ibn an-Nadim (1192-1261) “Bughiyatu-t talab fy tarih Halab” – “Halab tarihyn [jazu talabyn¬daghy] maqsat” atty enbeginde Tadj ad-din әl-Kerdery Halabta qazy bolyp jýrgende bolghan, onyng din qayratkeri retindegi zerek te alghyr oilylyghyn, tapqyrlyghyn kórsetetin tómendegi riuayatty keltiredi:
“Sheyh Ábu-l Huseyn az-Zahidy Halabtyng jәmy meshitine kiyimin býrkenip, saqalyna su tamshylaghan kýide kirip kelgende, meshit ishi halyqqa lyq toly edi. Ol qúlshylyq jasau ýshin minberding janyna otyrdy. Jamaghat ekige bólindi.
Bireuler sheyh qúlshylyq jasap otyr dese, ózgeleri qúlshylyq jasap otyrghan joq dep talasty. Ár top aitqandary dúrys bolmasa “әielim talaq bolsyn” dep ant ishuge deyin barysty.
Eki top ta sol kezde Halabtyng qazysy Tadj ad-din әl-Kerderiyge kelip, talaqtyng týsip-týspegenin sheship berudi súrady. Tadj ad-din әl-Kerdery ol kezde sot (qazylyq) isin basqaryp, Halab júrtyna pәtua berushi edi. Sonymen Tadj ad-din әlgilerge:
–  Ony sheyh Ábu-l Huseynning ózinen súranyzdar. Búl mәseleni ol jaqsyraq biledi, sheshimin ózi aitar, – deydi. Olar sheyh Ábu-l Huseynge keledi. Ol “qúl¬shylyq jasap otyrghan joq” deushi toptan:
– Sizder mening qúlshylyq jasap otyrghanymdy kórip pe edinizder? – dep súraydy. Olar:
– Alla atymen ant eteyik, kórgenimiz joq, – deydi. Ol:
– Onda bara berinizder. Sizder shyn mәninde anttarynyzdy búzbadynyzdar, deydi de “sheyh Ábu-l Huseyn qúlshylyq jasap otyr” deushi topqa qarap:
– Al sizder she. Mening qúlshylyq jasap otyrghanymdy kórdinizder me? – dep súraydy. Olar:
– IYә, kórdik, – dep jauap beredi. Ol:
– Sizder de bara berinizder. Shyn mә¬nin¬de anttarynyzdy búzbadynyzdar, – deydi.
Olardyng barlyghy Tadj ad-Din әl-Kerderiyge qaytyp oralyp, sheyh Ábu-l Huseynning jauabyn jetkizedi. Sonda әl-Kerderi:
– Ol sizderge eng dúrys sheshimin aitty”, – degen eken (1816-bet).
Osy oqighadan birneshe tújyrymdar jasaugha bolady:
1. Músylmandar daularyna sheshim izdep, úlyq ghalym Tadj ad-din әl-Kerderiyge jýginuleri, onyng sol zamandaghy ghalymdar ishinde ýlken dәrejege ie bolghanynyn, bedeldiligining aighaghy.
2. Tadj ad-din әl-Kerderiyding “Sheyh Ábu-l Huseynning ózinen súrap kórinizder” deui onyng parasattylyghynyn, tapqyr¬lyghynyng jәne kishipeyildiligining dәleli. Óitkeni, jauabyn birden ózi aita saluyna bolar edi, biraq súraushylardyng kónil¬derin¬de kýmәn qaldyrmas ýshin jәne mәselening tuuynyng bir úshy bolghan sheyh Ábu-l Huseynning ózinen súratyp, tuyn¬daghan mәselege taban astynan taldau jasap, tapqyrlyq tanyta bildi.
3. Tadj ad-din әl-Kerdery dәuirindegi músylmandardyng diny ahualyn, sharighatty oryndaugha degen qúshtarlyqtary, talap¬tarynyng joghary dengeyde bolghanyn bayqaugha bolady. Birinshiden, adamdar taqua sheyh Ábu-l Huseynning dәret suy jýzinen tamshylap meshitke kirisimen birden ghibadatqa kirisuin múqiyat baqylaulary, taqua ghalymnyng qúlshylyghyna elikteu, sol dәrejege jetuge qyzyghu. Ekinshiden, әielge talaq týsu-týspeu siyaqty mәsele tuyndaghan kezde bilimdi de bilikti ghalymgha kelip pәtua súraulary, olardyng dindi dúrys oryndaugha, taqualyqqa degen talpynystarynyng belgisi degen jón.
Osynday daryn Halab qalasynda hijranyng 562-shi (1167) jyly dýnie salghan.

Osy rette Kerderiylerge baylanysty aty birneshe jerde atalatyn Shaybany nyspyly ghalymgha da toqtala ketken jón. Ábu Abdalla Múhammed bin әl-Hasan (749-805) músylman húqyghynyng kórnekti ókili. Iraqta dýniyege kelgen. Jas kezinen bastap hanafy mazhabynyng negizin salushy Ábu Hanifa – Imam Aghzam men onyng shәkirti Ábu Yusuf dәristerin tyndap ósken, Imam Malik mazhabynyng negizin salushy Malik bin Anastan da Mediynede taghlym alghan ýlken túlgha. Halifa Harun ar-Rashid túsynda ghúmyr keshken ol Ábu Hanifa múrasyn saqtauda, jinauda ýlken yjdahattylyq tanytqan. Fiyqh pen oghan qosymsha boyynsha “Ýlken jәne Kishi anyqtamalyqtar” jasaghan. Búl jәne onyng ózge de enbekterine arab ghalymdary ghana emes, sonday-aq Ortalyq Aziyalyq talay kemengerler de, mysaly “Shams әl-aimma” – “Imamdar shamshyraghy” Ábu-l Mafahir әl-Kerdery jәne t.b. kóptegen týsinik¬temeler jazghan.
2. “Shams әl-aimma” – “Imamdar shamshyraghy” Muhammed bin Muhammed bin Abd as-Sattar әl-Kerdery hijranyng 599-shi (1203) jyly Kerderi manyndaghy kentterding birinde dýniyege kelgen. Týrik ghalymy doktor Ahmet Ózel onyng nyspysyn “Ábu-l Uajd Shams ad-Din Muhammed bin Abd as-Sattar bin Muhammed әl-Imady әl-Baratikini, “Shams әl-aimma” әl-Kerderi” dep kórsetken. Ol әueli Horezmde hanafy oishyly Ábu-l Fath (Ábu-l Muzaffar) Nasr-ad-Din әl-Mutarrizy (?-1021) ilimi boyynsha dәris alady. Jalal ad-Din as-Syghnaqy de ústazy bolghan. “Sharighatu-l Islam” –“Islam sharighaty” atty enbekting avtory әl-Imam Hatibzadeden hadister tyndap, sonyra bilimin jetildiru ýshin Búharagha keledi. Onda Umar bin Bәkir az-Zaranjariyden (1090-1189), ol ekeui “Shams әl-aimma” – “Imamdar shamshyraghy” Bәkir Muhammadten jәne Az-Zaranjary әl-Haluaniyden (?-1060), ol Ábu Ály әl-Huseyn an-Nasafiyden (?-1138), ol Muhammad bin әl-Fadildan, ol Ábu Muhammed Abdalla bin Muhammed bin Yaqúb әl-Kalabazy as-Sabazmuniyden (871-952), ol Ábu Hafs as-Saghirden, ol óz әkesinen, әkesi Muhammadtan jәne “Manhaj ash-sharighanyn” – “Sharighat joly” avtory Qauam ad-Din as-Saghirden sabaq alady.
Ol ghylym jaghynan óz zamandastarynan oq boyy ozyq túrghan. Sol ýshin Búhara halqy ony qúrmet tútqan. Tipti ol turaly: “Rasynda ol Ábu Zayd ad-Dabusiyden (?-1039) keyin sharighat ilimin tiriltken túlgha”, – degen. Samarqand manyndaghy Dabusiya kentinde tughan Ábu Zayd Abdalla bin Umar bin Isa ad-Dabusy ataqty Hanafy ghalymy edi. Ábu Jaghfar әl-Usrushanidan fiyqh ilimi boyynsha taghlym alghan.
Kerderlik parasat iyesi hijranyng 642-shi jyly muharram aiynyng 9-júldyzynda (1244) Búharada dýnie salghan song Abdulla әs-Sabazmuny qabirining janyna jerlengen.
Kerder perzentinen Qaharzade degen lauazym iyesi bolghan jiyeni Muhammad bin Mahmud bin Abd әl-Karim jәne Hamiduddin ad-Darir Ály ar-Rashimy jәne Hamid әd-din әl-Kabir Muhammad bin Muhammad әl-Buhary men Muhammad әl-Maymarghy jәne taghy basqalar bilim alypty.
Muhammed Abd әl-Hayy әl-Laknauy әl-Hindiy:
“Men onyng Imam әl-Ghazaliyding Imam Ábu Hanifagha aitqan orynsyz sózderinen túratyn “Manhuline” jauap retinde jazghan hatyn kórdim. Olardyng birinshisi: “Álhamdu lillәhy rabbiy-l alamiyn” dep bastalady da әl-Ghazaliyding әrbir sózine jeke-jeke toqtalady, sonday-aq onda Ábu Hanifanyng atqarghan iygi qyzmeti men qúrmeti turaly sóz etedi. Búl hat óte kórkem әri mәndi jazylghan, tek key jerlerinde ghana kóp sóilep, artyq ketip Imam Shafighy men onyng izbasarlaryna til tiygizip alatyny bar. Dey túrghanmen onday jayt hatta Imam әl-Ghazalidyng Ábu Hanifany kinәlap, oghan til tiygizgenine qaraghanda әldeqayda az deuge bolady” – dep jazdy.
Sonday-aq ol әri qaray “ash-Sheyh әl-Imam әl-hamam Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Abd as-Sattar әl-Kerdery Ábu-l-Uajd “Shams әl-aimma” Ash-Sheyh әl-Imam Kamal ad-Din Muhammed bin Abd әl-Uahid degen lauazymy bar úly túlgha. Ol mazhabtar mәselesi boyynsha kóptegen jetistikterge qol jetkizgen. Onyng qolynan kóptegen shәkirtter dәris alghan” – deydi.
Muhammed Abd әl-Hayy sonday-aq “Shams әl-aimma” Muhammad bin Abd as-Sattar bin Muhammad әl-Kerderiyding tolyq aty-jóni men tuylghan jyly jayly birneshe keraghar pikirler bar. Sondyqtan da men Syghnaqidyng (Husam ad-Din Huseyn (Hasan) bin Ály Hajjajdyn) “An-Nihaya sharh әl-hidayasyn” – “әl-Hidayanyng týsindirmesining sonyn” oqyp shyqtym. Olar óz kitaptarynda “әl-hidayagha” siltemeler bergen kezde, kerderlik ghalymdy “Muhammed bin Muhammed bin Abd as-Sattar әl-Kerderi” dep kórsetken. Osy dúrys boluy kerek” dep jazady.
Muhammed bin Muhammed bin Abd as-Sattar әl-Kerderiyding Týrkiya qoljazba¬larynda tómendegidey enbekteri bar:
1. “Haqqiy-l mubin fy iydhaly shubahiy-l mubtiliyn”. Sýleymaniya kitaphanasy.

5. “Ar-Radd ala man iuanidu Ábu Hanifa risala fy taidy mazhabiy-l Imam Ábu Hanifa” – “Ábu Hanifa mәzhabynyng qarsylastaryna jauap” traktaty.
6. “Risala fiy-r radd ala-l Jubayny ua-l Ghazali” – “Jubayny men әl-Ghazaliyge jauap traktat”. Sýleymaniya kitaphanasy.
7. “Risala fy ta'iidy mazhab әl-Imam Ábu Hanifa” – “Imam Ábu Hanifa mәzhabyn qoldau” jayly traktat. Sýleymaniya kitaphanasy.
Ál-Kerdery jәne basqa da ghúlamalargha baylanysty “Shams әl-aimma” degen sózdi kezdestirdik. Ol ne? “Shams әl-aimma” – “Imamdar shamshyraghy” – diny lauazymdy bildiredi. Onday lauazym imamdargha ghana berilgen. Búharada qarahandyqtar túsynda múnday lauazymgha islam dinining bes zangeri (fakiyhter) ie bolghan. Sonyng ekeui Kerder perzentterine berilui jaydan-jay emes.
IYә, osy “Shams әl-aimma” әl-Kerderiyden jogharyda aty atalghan jiyeni Muhammed bin Mahmud әl-Kerdery Qaherzade dәris alghan. “Maurannahrlik keybir ghúlamalar qaryndastarynyng ghalym úldaryna osynday (Qaherzade) degen laqap at beretin bolghan” dep jazady týrik ghalymy doktor Ahmet Ózel. Kerderining búl oishyly jayly maghlúmatymyz joq.
Muhammed bin Mahmudtan Ábu-l Muhammed Mahmud bin Muhammed bin Daud әl-Afsandjy әl-Búhary әl-Lúluy (1229-1272) jәne Ábu-l Barakat Hafiz ad-Din Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Mahmud an-Nasafy (?-1310) fiyqh iliminen taghlym alypty. Soghan qaraghanda, ol horezmshahtar túsynda dýniyege kelip, Monghol shapqyn¬shylyghynan song dýniyeden ótken siyaqty.

Ataghy alysqa ketip, danqy jer jarghan Horezmdi HII ghasyrdyng 20-jyldary Orta Aziya men Qazaqstan jәne ózge de memleketter siyaqty mongholdar jermen-jeksen etip qiratty. Horezm memleketi joyyldy. Súltandar óltirildi. Ghylym, bilim taptaldy. Búl ólke taghdyr tәlkegimen endi Altyn Orda handyghyna qaratyldy. Olardyng astanasy Edilding tómengi aghysy boyyndaghy Qajy Tarhangha (Astrahani) jaqyn jerdegi Saray Berke qalasy boldy.
“Saray, Eski saray (jylnama boyynsha – Ýlken saray, qazirgi Astrahani oblysy, Harabalinsk audany, Selitrennoe selosy) – Altyn Orda astanasy edi. Ony 1254 jyly Batyy saldyrghan. Ol Edilding tómengi saghasyndaghy Ahtuba jaghasyna jayghasty. Saray Aziyadan Europagha baratyn keruen jolyndaghy asa iri sauda ortalyqtarynyng birine ainaldy.
Batu sarayynda kóptegen zәulim saray¬lar men meshitter, sauda mahallalary, ma¬zarlar (saghanalar) salyndy” dep jazylghan “Qazaq Sovet ensiklopediyasynda”. Al, Saray-Berke, Jana saray (qazirgi Volgograd oblysy, Lenin audany, Sarev selosy) da Altyn Ordanyng astanasy boldy. Onyng negizin Berke han qalaghan (1260 jyl shamasy). Saray-Berke XIV ghasyrdyng I jartysynda gýldendi.
1333 jyly qalada bolghan arab sayahat¬shysy Ibn Battuta (1304-1377) “Saray-Berke tegis jerge salynghan kórikti qalalardyng biri, adam kóp, onda súlu kósheler men sәuletti bazarlar boy týzegen. Qalany әrtýrli halyqtar: mongholdar, asylar, qypshaqtar, grekter, orystar jәne vizantiyalyqtar mekendegen” dep jazdy.
1361 jyldan bastap Saray-Berkeni han taghynyng ýmitkerleri alma-kezek basyp alyp otyrdy. Sóitken shahardy 1395 jyly Aqsaq Temir (1336-1405) kýiretip tyndy” (QSE, 10 tom, 27 bet).
XIV ghasyrdyng ekinshi jartysynda Horezm qayta kóterilgende ghylym-bilim birshama jandandy. Kerderlikterding ómir-túrmysy, ghylym-bilimi Horezm ólkesimen tikeley baylanysty boldy. IYә, Horezm mәdeniyetining qayta kóteriluine kerderlik¬ter de ózindik ýles qosty. Olar memleketting kindik qalasy ghana emes, sonymen qatar Qajy Tarhan (Astrahani) men Qyrymda, Rúm (Týrkiya) elinde, músylman shyghy¬synda da túrdy.
Horezm Kerderilerinen XIV ghasyrdyng birinshi, XV ghasyrdyng ekinshi jartysynda da birneshe oishyldar shyqty. Kópshiligi din ghúlamalary-tyn. Solardy merzimdik jaghynan qarasaq, auyzgha әueli monghol shapqynshylyghynan keyin ómir sýrgenderi ilinedi.
Altyn Orda iyeliginde bolghan Qyrymdaghy osy kýngi Feodosiya, (búrynghy Kafa) shaharynan shyqqan Mahmud ibn Suleyman әl-Kafauy (?-1582/1583) “Kataib aghlam әl-ahyar min fuqaha mazhab an-Nughman әl-múhtar” degen enbeginde Kerder perzentteri turaly da maghlúmattar keltirgen.

Togda psevdonim Kerdery budet oznachati ne nazvanie mesta, gde avtor poluchil obrazovaniye, a ego rodovoe proishoj¬deniye, a Bulgary mesto polucheniya obrazovaniya.
Po vremeny eto sovpadaet s pravleniyem Berdiybeka, syna Djaniybeka, v period pravleniya kotorogo bylo napisano “Muhabbat name”, a cherez neskoliko let pry pravleniy ego brata Teniybeka v Ak Orde “Hosrau y Shiriyn” Kutba. Sondyqtan da olardyng arasynda “ash-Shams әl-aimma” – “imamdar shamshyraghy”, “әl-maula әl-fadiyl” – “tamasha ústaz”, “әl-fadil әl-kamiyl”-“kemel kemenger”, “әl-alim әl-faqiyh” – “faqih (zanger) ghalym”, “әl-faqih ua-l fadil an-nabiyh” – “danqty tamasha faqiyh”, “sultan әl-fuqaha ua-l aulia” – “faqiyhter men әuliyeler súltany”, “Humam әl-milla ua-d diyn” – “últ pen din danqy”, “hatimatu-l ulama” – “ghalymdardyng sony”, “sharaf әl-itra” – “danq madaghy”, “shariygh” – “zang shygharushy”, “ahkam” – “qarar, sheshim, ýkim”, “ilm әl-kalәm” – “din ghylymy” ispetti óte joghary da qúrmetti lauazymdar men epiytet, teneu iyeleri boluynyng ózi kóp jaydan habardar etip túr.
Ortalyq Aziyadan shyqqan ghalymdardyng qay jerde bolmasyn ýnemi bir-birin qoldap, kótermelep jýrgenin, óz ara¬larynda myqty yntymaq bolghanyn kóre¬miz. Búl býgingi kýn ghalymdary ýshin de ýlken ýlgi, ónege. Kerek kezde basqa ghalymdardyng ortalyq aziyalyq oishyl¬dardyng tuyndylaryna jazghan qarsy uәjderine keyingi úrpaq ghalymdary olardy qorghap, túshymdy jauap ta qaytaryp otyrghan. Sóitip, olardyng bir-birining ghylymy tuyndylaryna ózara keng týsinikteme jazu ýrdisi qalyptasqanyn, ózderinen búryn ótken danalardyng enbekterin arnayy shejire tәsili boyynsha bir-birine múra etip otyrghanyn bayqaymyz.
Olar jazghan tuyndylar bizding qúndy tarihymyz, mәdeny múramyz. Ony býgingi óskeleng úrpaq bilui tiyis. Olay bolsa, qazirgi ghylym adamdary babalardan qalghan osynau jazba jәdigerlikterdi keninen zerttep, halyqqa jetkizui lәzim. Mening de búl kóne dýniyelerdi kóz mayymdy tauysyp zerttep jýrgendegi maqsatym osy. Endeshe, memlekettik “Mәdeniy-múra” baghdarlamasy ayasynda babalar qaldyrghan qúndy múrany tauyp, audartyp, zerdeleu, olardy basyp shygharu, oqulyqtargha kirgize beru kezek kýttirmeytin manyzdy shara.
Óitkeni, Ábu Hanifa mәzhabyn qaghazgha týsirgen, “Kishi jinaq”, “Ýlken jinaq” atty klassikalyq qaynar kitaptardyng avtory, imam Aghzamnyng negizgi múrager shәkirti Múhammed әz-Shaybaniyding zang shygharu tәsilin qazir Europa júrty keninen qoldanuda. Oghan dәlel – Germaniya men Fransiyada da ashylghan “Shaybany zertteu” ortalyqtary. Olay bolsa, bizding elimizde de “Ortalyq aziyalyq (qazaqstandyq) ghalymdardy zertteu” ortalyghynyng negizin qalau qajet.
