Pedagogika jәne bala janynyng tylsym syry...

Maqalany bastamas búryn taqyryptyng ýlken bolyp túrghanyn aita ketken jón. Biz jazyp otyrghan búl taqyrypty sheshu auqymdy enbekti talap etetin kýrdeli mәsele. Býgingi kýni biz tili tolyq shyqpaghan, óz ana tilin tolyq sóiley bilmeytin ýsh-tórt  jas shamaly baqshadaghy baladan tartyp, bastauysh mekteptepting alty-jeti jastaghy býldirshin baldyrghandaryna orys tili, aghylshyn tili syndy eki úly imperiya tilin ýirenudi jýktep, onyng syrtynda birinshi, ekinshi synyp oqushylaryna óz ana tili men matematikalyq bilimnen tys, dýniyeni tanu, jaratylysty tanu, ózin-ózi tanu qatarly tom-tom kitapty kótertip baldyrghandargha mektep tabaldyryghyn jana attaghan jerden qorqynysh ýrey tudyryp, «Men osynsha kóp kitapty qaytip oqimyn?!» – degen uayym-qayghygha salyp, ruhany jaqtan ýrkitip, shoshytumen birge, qabattap jyisa ózining boyymen birdey bolatyn tom-tom kitappen bastyryp,  auyr jýk artyp, jas shybyqtay mayysyp túrghan denesine ziyan salyp otyrmyz.

Ómir boyy oqytushyldyqpen shúghyldanyp, basym aq jabaghyday agharghan men beybaq 1-synyptyng tabaldyryghyn jana attaghan nemerem qara ter bolyp, qalyng kitapty kóterip kelgende, japadan-jalghyz otyryp sóilep, «Qúday – au, mynasy nesi?! Úly aqyn Maghjan Júmabaev jazghan pedagogikalyq enbeginde, adam janynyng nәzik te tilsim syrlaryn egjey-tegjeydi bayanday kelip, sonyn bylay qortyndylaghan eken: «Úzyn sózding qysqasy, bala kәduelgi adam bolghanymen, balanyng jaratylysynda kóp basqalyq (ózgeshelik) bar. Balagha tәrbiyeni ózining shamasyna, jaratylysyna qaray beru kerek. Jas bala jas bir shybyq. Jas kýninde qay týrde iyip tastasan, óskende sol iyilgen boyynda qatyp qalmaq....balany tәrbie qylu túrmys maydanynda aqylmen, әdispen kýrese biletin, qalasa ózin biletin, assa barlyq adam balasyn әdil jolmen órge sýireytin, túrmysta týiindi mәselelerdi tez sheshe biletin, adam ómirining túnghiyq tenizin myghym qayratpen keshe biletin, adaldyq jolgha qúrban bola biletin, qysqasy, adamzat dýniyesining kerek bir mýshesi bola alatyn tórt jaghy týgel adam etip shygharu» – depti. Jalpylay aitqanda, bastauysh mektep kezeni – bir adamnyng ómirindegi damuynyng eng sheshushi kezeni. Sonday-aq, morali, aqyl-oy jәne dene jaqtarynan negiz qalaytyn kezeni. Biz Maghjan pedagogikasynyng myna bir sózine oy jýgirteyik: «Qoghamdyq ómirde, týiindi mәselelerdi útymdy sheshe biletin, adam ómirining túnghiyq tenizin myghym qayratpen keshe biletin adam.» Endeshe, adam balasynyng joghary qabiletti, jalyndaghan jiger qayratty adam boluy, sonday-aq, týiindi mәselelerdi útymdy sheshe biletin, ómirding túnghiyq tenizin myghym qayratpen keshe biletin kisi boluy syndy talaptargha qarata aitqanda múnday adam bolu balanyng pedagogika jolymen, ghylymy tәrbiyelenuimen barlyqqa keledi. Al, alty, jeti jasynan qalyng kitappen bastyrylyp, oiyn uaqyty tartyp alynyp,  saghy synghyp, psihologiyalyq jaqtan zaqymdalghan baladan múnday boludy talap etu orynsyz tirlik.

1. Balanyng ýirenudegi jýgin auyrlatpa deydi;

Al, býgingi kýni biz ne istep otyrmyz? Olay bolsa, Qazaqstannyng oqu-aghartu ministri, ata-ana, oqyrman qauym biz nege pedagogika ghylymy men psihologiya ghylymynyng adam balasynyng qabiletti adam bolyp ósip-jetilui turaly aitqanyn elep-eskermey, әli óz ana tilining ne ekeninde bilmeytin, sauatyn ashpaghan baldyrghan balagha, shet tilin ýirenudi jýktep, onyng syrtynda ýsh «Tanu» degendi oqytyp, tom-tom kitappen bastyryp otyrmyz?! Joq, bizding balalarymyz erekshe jaralghan, basqa adam balasynan ózgeshe me? Oiymyzgha oralghan osy súraqtargha baylanysty biz shetel oqytuyna nazar audardyq. Mәselen damyghan Japoniya jәne Germaniya syndy eki elding dәl qazirgi kezdegi bastauysh mektep oqytu baghdarlamasyn tauyp, sol elderding bastauysh mektep oqytu kestesin zerdelep kórdik. Tómende  osy eki elding bastauysh mektep baghdarlamasyna nazar audarayyq (1-, 2-keste).

Endeshe kórip otyrghandarynyzday, Japon eli (1-keste) men German eli (2-keste). bastauysh mektep tabaldyryghyn jana attaghan birinshi, ekinshi  synyp oqushylaryna shetel tili men qalyng «Tanu» ghylymyn artpaydy eken. Tek ózderining memlekettik (últtyq) tili men matematikany oqytudy negiz etip, osy eki sabaqqa basymdylyq beredi eken. Mәselen, Japon eli birinshi synyp oqushylaryna bir jyldyq oqu uaqytynda 850 saghattyq sabaq jýktegen. Búnyng 442 saghaty Japon tili men matematika sabaghyna berilgen. Al, ekinshi synypta jalpy oqytu 910 saghat bolyp, Japon tili men matematikagha 490 saghat uaqyt berilgen (1-keste).

Mineki, 3-keste men 4-kesteden kórip otyrghanymyzday, elimiz oqytuynda bastauysh mektepting birinshi synybynda qazaq tili  (sauat ashu) tútas oqu jylynda 198 saghat, aghylshyn tili 66 saghat, orys tili 66 saghat bolyp ornalastyrylghan. Tútas oqu jylynda osy ýsh el tiline 330 saghat berilgen. Al, Japon elinde tek Japon tiline tútas oqu jylynda  306 saghat uaqyt berilgen.  Qadirli oqyrman, endi óziniz oy jýgirtip, Japon elining alty jarym da jeti jastaghy balasymen bizding qazaqtyng alty jarym da jeti jastaghy balasynda qanday paryq bar? Japonnyng alty-jeti jastaghy balasy Japon tilin ýirenip, hat tanyp, sauat ashu ýshin bir jylda 306 saghat oqidy. Al, bizding qazaqtyng alty-jeti jastaghy balasy Qazaq tilin ýirenip, әrip tanyp, sauat ashugha bir jylda nebәri  198 saghat júmsaydy. 4-keste: Qazaqstanda Qazaq mektepterining 2-synybynda oqytylatyn sabaqtar

Ekinshi negizdik sabaq matematikany aitsaq, Japon elinde birinshi synyp balasy tútas oqu jylynda matematikany 136 saghat oqidy eken. Al, bizde matematika birinshi synyp balasyna tútas jyldyq oqytuda 132 saghat delinipti. Osyghan qaraghanda eki elding matematikagha bólgen saghat sanynda onsha ýlken aiyrmashylyq joqtay kórinedi. Biraq Qazaqstanda birinshi synypqa muzyka men kórkem óner (i.e. kórkem enbek) sabaqtary tútas jylda 33 saghattan, ekeui birigip 66 saghat bolsa, Japon elinde búl eki sabaqtyng әr-birine  68  saghattan uaqyt berilgen. Endeshe oilap qaranyz, Japon eli ne ýshin tútas oqu jylynda muzykagha 68 saghat, suret salugha 68 saghat uaqyt berip otyr?! Búnyng qanday ghylymy negizi bar? Óitkeni, búl eki sabaqtyng da balanyng oilau qabiletin arttyrugha, balanyng miyn damytyp, estetikalyq qabiletin kóteruge róli joghary. Matematikadan   1 den 100 ge deyingi  sandy tanyp, qosu men azaytudy ýirenedi.  Mine, balanyng bolashaqta bilimdi, qabiletti adam bolyp, qoghamgha qyzmet istep, ýles qosuday úzaq sapary osydan bastalady. Bala ýshin osy sapardyng sәtti, sәtsiz boluy dәl birinshi synyptan bastalghan bastauysh mektepting oqytu, tәlim-tәrbie baghytyna tikeley qatysty. Biz balanyng bolashaq ghylym-bilimge joryghy men qoghamgha qyzmet etudey úzaq saparyn bir zәulim ghimarattyng túrghyzyluy dep qaraytyn bolsaq, onda balanyng bastauysh mektepke kirgen jeti jasynan bastauysh mektepti bitirgen on eki jasyna deyingi alghan bilimi zәulim ghimarattyng bekem irge tasy bolmaq. Ghimarat qanshalyq biyik josparlansa onyng irge tasy da sonshalyq bekem, sapaly bolary anyq. Bala ómirine oy jýgirter bolsaq, balanyng bastauysh mektep ómirindegi alghan bilimi men qabiletti adam bolyp erjetui, dәl osy biyik ghimarattyng irge tasy ispetti. Aytalyq, bastauysh mektep ómirinde bala pedagogika men psihologiya ghylymynyng talaptary boyynsha tәrbiyelenip, fiziologiyalyq jaqtan dúrys ósip jetiletin bolsa, onda bizding jastarymyz týrli salada oidaghyday qyzmet isteytin bolady. Al, Qazaqstandaghy qazirgi oqytugha qarata aitar bolsaq, bastauysh mektepting birinshi synybyna jýktelip otyrghan eki iri shet tili men Ýsh tanu tomy, jiyny bes kitap pedagogikanyng birinshi, ekinshi synyp balasyna jýkteytin әlippe, matematika, dene-tәrbiye, kórkem enbek qatarly  sabaqtardan tys jýktelip otyrghan, orynsyz auyr jýk. Endeshe qazirgi Qazaqstan oqytuynda, eshqanday zәulim ghimarattyng irge tasynday talapty qanaghattandyratyn oqytu baghyty joq. Kerisinshe balalardyng fiziologiyalyq ósui men dene quatynyng damuyna auyr kedergi jasalyp, balanyng erik-jigeri múqalyp, bala psihologiyalyq jaqtan oisoqty bolyp, ýilesimdi bilim ala almay otyr. Aytalyq, bala azamat bolyp basqa eshbir joghary bilimdi qumay, jәy qara júmys istesin, ne kәsipkerlikpen shúghyldansyn, adamnyng tútas ómirinde, matematika men til-jazudyng oryny joghary. Mәselen, til-әdebiyetke qarata aitqanda, til sheshendigi, oilaghan oiyn logikaly týrde qarsy jaqqa jetkize bilu, kitaptaghy jazudy tez, әri dúrys oqy bilu, sonday – aq, oqyghanyn oilap týsine bilu, әri ózining oiyn jýieli jaza bilu. Mine osynyng barlyghy til-әdebiyettik bilimdi qajet etedi. Al, matematikagha qarata aitqanda, matematikalyq esepteu qabiletining joghary boluy, adamnyng tútas ómirinde asa joghary manyzgha iye.  Sondyqtan da, búl eki sabaq balanyng tútas ómirine azyq bolatyn, auaday qajetti, negizdik bilim esepteledi. Eger biz balany bilimdi adam etip tәrbiyleymiz desek, onda balanyn  pedagogikalyq bilim boyynsha tәrbiyelenuine erekshe kónil bólip, balanyng ana tili men matematikadan terendey bilim aluyna mýmkindik jasauymyz kerek.

Aldymyzdaghy býldirshin balanyng jan dýniyesine terendey oy jýgirter bolsaq, bizding aldymyzdaghy bala, kez-kelgen baghdarlama kirgizip paydalanatyn kompiuter emes. Ol – adam.
